On any faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we can offer a full refund or a replacement item shipped free of cost!
If you have received the correct item, full refunds are eligible within the first 14 days of delivery. 14-30 days after delivery, we are only able to offer a gift card or exchange on all items that have been opened!
After 30 days from delivery, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any opened products.
