REFUND POLICY:
If you reach out within 30 days of delivery, you're eligible for a full refund.
If you reach out within 45 days of delivery, you're eligible for a partial (50%) refund.
If you reach out past 45 days of delivery, you're not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchanges are eligible on items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery of purchase. You must ship back the original item and will receive the new item once the original is received.
Exchanges are not eligible on items that:
Are worth more than the original item
Were received over 30 days ago
Have been damaged within the last 30 days
